We welcome and share the Aloha Spirit to our clients at Serenity Beauty Lounge. Rachelle Neitte offers a variety of tailored spa services and permanent make-up (PMU) treatments.
Rachelle Bautista Neitte is a CA Licensed Esthetician & Permanent Make-up Artist registered in Contra Costa County. She has been practicing since 2010 and continues to thrive in the skincare and permanent make-up industry. Some of her favorite services are lash extensions and eyebrow PMU. After experiencing skincare challenges and low self-esteem as a teenager, Rachelle was incredibly moved by her first skincare service experience as a young adult. It was at this pivotal moment where she discovered skincare was the next chapter for her. Outside of work, you can catch Rachelle practicing hula and ‘ori Tahiti, on the water paddle boarding, and spending time with her loving family and fur babies. She also enjoys being a resource, helping and connecting people to achieve wellness and phenomenal health.Images
