With a degree in Administration of Justice from San Francisco State University and early experience in law enforcement and probation, she brings a disciplined, service-oriented approach to real estate. Her professional background spans over 15 years in social work, sales, and customer experience management, equipping her with exceptional negotiation skills and a nuanced understanding of market dynamics.

Ashley’s real estate expertise is grounded in personal experience—she has bought, renovated, rented, and sold properties herself—and is enhanced by her husband’s career in the lumber/homebuilding industry.
