This month's meeting will include a presentation on the draft Existing Conditions and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis. As part of its ongoing efforts, the City of Concord is developing a new Economic Development Strategic Plan to guide policy and programming for the next five or more years. These draft reports will serve as key components in shaping the final strategic plan.
