Concord Police Department’s Policies and Procedures
In response to the national conversation about police use-of-force policies and questions about the Concord Police Department's policies and procedures, the Concord City Council is holding a study session on Wednesday, July 15 to explore these issues.Concord Police Chief Mark Bustillos will present information about the department's use-of-force policies, de-escalation and anti-bias training, accountability, discipline, hiring practices, efforts to address mental health issues, and more.
This is a special meeting of the City Council, which will be conducted through the Zoom webinar platform.
