About Us

Ron Melvin started in real estate in 1995 as a Mortgage lender. He’s lived in the East Bay since 1992 and has been a Realtor since 2013. He specializes in first-time buyer, folks downsizing, growing families upsizing and homes being sold because of legal matters.
Ron bought his first home in 2001 in Concord using a VA Loan Program. He and his family have lived in Concord since, and he bring insight that’s not on a report to buying East Bay homes. Ron’s team moto, “Dream big! We’re here to help!” means that the team goes to bat for you. Ron served 7 years with the USAF and 2 of those were with the USAF Presidential Honor Guard in Washington, D.C. He also served 3 years as a California police officer.
Ron spends most of his free time with his family and working with Special Olympics. He manages and officiates local and international Special Olympics sports.
Ron holds a Bachelor’s in Education from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s in Finance from Golden Gate University.
