    Job Description
    We are a thriving and growing cannabis retail brand with several southern California locations. We are looking for a general manager to lead our Concord CA retail location. If you have hospitality or retail management experience and cannabis knowledge, this is an excellent opportunity to join the growing cannabis industry. Cannabis knowledge and experience is a plus.
     - Well versed in restaurant operations, with at least five years of experience managing high-end restaurants, hotels, bar venues. 
     - Experience recruiting, hiring and training all levels of staff
     - Knowledge of current law as it relates to hospitality including Human Resources, Payroll and Business Management
     - Extreme attention to detail
     - Strong sense of organization
     - Ability to be a leader and establish a strong presence with staff and guests
     - Ability to strategically schedule employees and control labor costs
     - A strong sense of customer service is a must!
     - Critical thinker that understands the complexity of integrating high volume retail within the ever-changing cannabis industry.
    -Track record of meeting sales goals
    - Team player
     - Must work well with many different personalities
     - Ability to work in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment.
    Experience using POS systems, Scheduling Systems, Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
