    Non-exempt Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
    -Answer front desk telephone
    -Greet guests, visitors and vendors
    -Direct prospective and current residents, tenants, applicants, service professionals, etc., to the appropriate employees within the -organization
    -Retrieve and distribute messages from voice mail and answering service
    -Open and distribute mail, including overnight and inter-office mail
    -Receive rents and prepare rent receipts. Log monies received and distribute to the appropriate accounting personnel
    -Monitor master vacation schedule
    -Distribute faxes
    -Assist with metering of outgoing mail, including accounts payable invoices
    -Assist with typing special projects
    -Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including typing envelopes, organizing cash receipt deposit slips, and preparing accounts payable files
    -Monitor postage machine and ensure that all supplies are kept in stock
    -Assist with Accounting Department projects, such as work order processing
    -Assist with photocopying projects

    Full-time Pay:
    $17.00 - $19.00

    Education and/or Experience:
    -High school diploma
    -Minimum typing ability of 50 wpm
    -Minimum two years receptionist/clerical experience
    -Language Skills: Must be able to comprehend, speak, write fluent English

    Computer Skills:
    -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
    -Experience with the internet and e-mail.
    -Familiarity with office equipment.
