General office administrative duties including, typing, filing, scanning, customer service, answering phones, preparing and scheduling pickups for shipments
• Participate in company mandated COVID-19 protocol by helping to sanitize and clean all office workspace.
• Prepare and distribute project work orders.
• Data entry
• Other duties, as may be assigned.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading, spelling, grammar, formatting and content organization.
• Computer knowledge and proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi tasking and a team player. with the positive working relationships.
