Seeking someone with great phone skills that can effectively communicate through multiple manners; email, text, social media, in person and phone. Someone who is professional, kind, trustworthy and empathetic. High level of customer service is a must! Must be tech savvy, certified in MicroSoft Office (plus), knowledgeable of/working experience with Dentrix and Demandforce. Minimum 3 years dental office working experience.
This person would be in charge of opening or closing the office, running our morning huddle meeting, scheduling our patients for their Doctor or hygiene appointments making sure they are properly scheduled and keeping in mind their insurance coverage. This position works closely with the Insurance Coordinator and Office Manager. Responsibilities will also include managing our continuing care system through Demandforce, and assisting the rest of the team as needed.
