    Hygiene Coordinator
     
    We are a well established family dental practice that has been serving the community since 2012. We focus on what’s best for the patient with a strict philosophy of ‘Your mouth, your call.’ We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team! Ability to communicate well, positively connect with patients and our team, flexibility and willingness to learn new skills are a must.
    Seeking someone with great phone skills that can communicate effectively through multiple manners; email, text, social media, in person and phone. Someone who is professional, kind, trustworthy and empathetic. Must be tech savvy, certified in MicroSoft Office (plus), knowledgeable of/working experience with Dentrix and Demandforce.
    This person would be in charge of scheduling our patients for their hygiene appointments making sure we are properly scheduling based on the hygienist’s recommendation and keeping in mind their insurance coverage. Responsibilities will also include personally reaching out to patients we have not seen in a while & assist them in next steps; whether back to see us or archiving their chart. Since we are not a clinic, we would also like this person to act as a ‘patient concierge’ and help guide them towards a solution, send cards for significant events and offer other special touches that are pre-approved by Doc. We are willing to train the right individual and work toward full time. This position will also work closely with the Scheduling Coordinator, Insurance Specialist and the Office Manager.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
