Veterans Day Camp
Get ready for a truly unforgettable few days full of jumping, laughing, rolling, dancing, and maybe even flipping! Our Active day camps are led by our USAG safety certified and first aid/CPR certified experienced coaches. Each day includes quality gymnastics instruction using all our apparatus and stations to help gain agility, spatial awareness, strength, all while making new friends and having a blast! Students must be registered in advance-register here.
Choose either Half Day or Full day
- Half Day: 9:00 am -12:00 pm
- Full Day: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Sample Day Schedule:
- Warm-up and Dance
- Trampoline and Strength/Conditioning
- Bars Time: Uneven bars, bounce bars, monkey bars, rings, parallel bars
- Balance Beams: high, low, wide
- Vault and Tumbling Strip
- Floor X: Group Routine
- Lunch & Snack
- Tumbling Drills
- Inflatable and Parachute Fun
Pre-reqs:
- Designed for children ages 4-12 years old
- No experience necessary, all levels welcome!
