DESCRIPTION:Please join us at 5:00 pm on Tuesday\, December 1\, for Concord & Clayton's annual Tree Lighting ceremony.\n\n Hospice East Bay has been caring for patients and their families in our community since 1977. We are proud to be celebrating our 34th annual Tree of Lights. These ceremonies have provided a way for families and friends to honor their loved ones and find solace in the symbolism of light as the names of their loved ones are read. \n\n\nIn 2020\, we have made many adjustments to how we do things. This year we will be having our ceremonies virtually to follow the state mandated guidelines. I hope that you will have the opportunity to join our 'virtual' tree lighting and gather with others to remember or honor a special person.
