      We help leaders and their teams build trust, engage in healthy conflict, make real commitments, hold people accountable and put the focus on the only results that matter; collective team results.

      Our methods are based Patrick Lencioni’s book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. We use Pat’s team survey to baseline a team’s ranking on the five behaviors. We tie it all together with Myers-Briggs Type Indicators behavioral profiling for individuals and teams. We are an authorized Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team partner through Lencioni’s publisher Wiley. Finally, we are certified to administer and interpreted Myers-Briggs.
