Message from the Chairman
This year the
Concord Chamber of Commerce is
celebrating its 70th
Anniversary. The Chamber is the
leading voice for the local business
community and our core goal is to
build a strong local economy.
We need to look
ahead to the future. What will
business be like years from now?
Preparing for tomorrow is what this
Chamber must do today! We
acknowledge that we can’t continue
with “business as usual.” In order
to remain a vital link in our local
community, we need to ensure that we
are planning for tomorrow, and
looking to the future – rather than
being complacent. The Chamber must
take steps to help our business
community be competitive in a
fast-paced, changing world. And we
will continue to strive to be on the
leading edge of new developments in
education and workforce.
Concord is a
great place for people to work, do
business, raise a family and give
back…as I will do a Chairman of the
Board of the Greater Concord Chamber
of Commerce in 2007-2008.
